Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) held Socialization and Promotion (Sospro) activities for the 2023 National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) on Tuesday (21/2). The activity, which took place in the Joint Lecture Room, Building C, Campus 2 PNM, was attended by 58 BK (Guidance Counseling) Teachers from the Madiun City area and surrounding areas.
The socialization which was carried out in a hybrid manner was opened by Deputy Director 1 PNM Dr. Yosi Affandi, M.AB. and filled by several sources. Among them is the socialization of SNPMB in 2023 by Dr. Ismaini Zain, M.Si as SNPMB Public Relations and Promotion Coordinator, a glance at PNM by Sundaru Guntur, SH, M.Kn as Chair of Bakerma PNM, socialization of PNM entry routes by R. Gaguk Pratama Yuda, SST., M.T as chairman of PMB PNM, and socialization of D-II Fast Track Metal Forming Techniques by Bi Asngali, S.ST., M.T as Coordinator of the Metal Forming Engineering Study Program.
This socialization and promotional activity is one of PNM's efforts to provide information so that schools can fully understand the implementation of SNPMB and about the PNM campus itself. Moreover, this year's new student admission scheme is different from previous years.
Previously, the institution that oversees the New Student Admission Selection was LTMPT. Meanwhile, it is now under the auspices of the Educational Testing Management Center (BP3) with the SNPMB scheme through the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) and National Selection Based on Tests (SNBT).
Referring to Permendikbudristek Number 48 of 2022 concerning New Student Admissions, there are three selection routes for new student admissions. These include SNBP, SNBT, and the Independent selection route implemented by each PTN. *(Public Relations Team/PIP PNM)
