Madiun State Polytechnic Holds Socialization and Education on Legal Order in the Implementation of Government Procurement of Goods and Services

PNM – Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) held Socialization and Education on Legal Order in the Implementation of Government Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) entitled Evaluation of Zero Risk Based PBJ Implementation in the Meeting Room of the PNM Central Building on Thursday (19/09/2024). This activity was attended by both internal and external PNM groups, including section heads and sub-section heads, internal supervisory unit teams, procurement teams, lecturers, and PNM partners.

This activity presented a competent resource person who served as a Prosecutor in the Special Crimes Sector, East Java High Prosecutor's Office, Dr. D. Rochman Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum. The material provided includes the principles of government PBJ administration, legal aspects of PBJ, synergy in resolving PBJ conflicts, PBJ risk management, understanding the critical point of PBJ risk, eliminating punishment, realities and suggestions.

On the same occasion, Ali also expressed his thanks to the resource person for giving his time and good things to PNM. Activity resource person, Dr. D. Rochman Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum. when asked about the message to PNM regarding PBJ, he said that the implementation of goods and services is not only in PNM, but in general how orderly administration, including orderly budgeting and orderly accountability, is something that is very important for optimizing the procurement of goods and services.

"So it is hoped that in the future these goods and services will not become legal issues that develop due to the ignorance of the procurement officials' friends or their intentional actions." Obviously.

Furthermore, Rochman also invited us to truly understand that goods and services are something that is mandatory and must be supported together. "Of course, the procedures for orderly budget mechanisms, administrative order, legal order and everything in the Presidential Decree on goods and services are our reference for a better future. That is what must be understood and that is what we must implement." Rochman explained.

Rochman also expressed his thanks and hoped that with the discussion at PNM, the implementation of PBJ or the implementation of Procurement of Goods and Services at PNM would get better in the future. Not only that, Rochman also said that PNM is one of the educational institutions in the city of Madiun that also needs to be taken into account.
