PNM Tax Accounting Study Program Won 2nd Place in the 2023 National Tax Olympiad

PNM – Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) GO TAX Team succeeded in bagging the 2nd place title in the 2023 National Tax Olympiad (NATO) on Sunday (10/09/2023). The team from the Tax Accounting study program is led by two fifth semester students, namely Yunita Dwi Rahmawati and Fatia Sabrina and one seventh semester student, Alen Azharun.

Before securing the 2nd place title, the Go Tax PNM Team had gone through various processes in the preliminary round until finally entering the top five and competing in the final round. NATO 2023 itself starts with registration on July 31 2023 and closes with the final round on September 10 2023.

NATO 2023 will be held online via Zoom Meeting. This national level event was held by the Taxation Student Study Group (KSMP) Tax Center, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Jember. This year's NATO theme is "Economic Dynamics through Digitalization of Taxation in Maintaining Sustainable Economic Stability".

NATO is part of a series of activities for the 2023 National Tax Competition and Webinar (TAXCOMPAR) which will be held in the form of an Olympics in the field of taxation. Apart from NATO, TAXCOMPAR 2023 will also hold an Infographic Competition and a Webinar.
