PNM – The Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) Bachelor of Applied Automotive Engineering Technology (TERO) study program team succeeded in bringing home the 3rd place title in the 2023 Energy Competition scientific work competition, Saturday (21/10/2023). The Energy Competition is one part of a series of Chemical Engineering Competition (Chemication) activities in 2023 held by the Chemical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, UPN "Veteran" East Java.
The TERO Study Program team is led by three students from the class of 2020, namely Audi Ananda, Arminto Ghana Purbaya and Titania Nur Cahyani. The three of them were supervised by Nanang Romandoni, S.Pd., M.T. as a lecturer at the TERO Study Program.
Energy Competition is a national level competition which is participated in by active D3/D4/S1 level students from universities throughout Indonesia. This year's Energy Competition takes the theme "Utilization of Renewable Energy for Optimalizing in the Green Technology Era Revolution Industri 5.0". The three sub-themes given are relatedRenewable Energy, Energy EfficiencyAndWaste Management.
This theme was taken to encourage participant participation in driving brilliant innovation to overcome all problems related to sustainable energy and technology. Meanwhile, the PNM TERO Study Team took the sub-themeEnergy Efficiencywith the scientific work title "Optimizing Electric Double Decker Bus Body Geometry in the Bodywork Industry Based on Aerodynamic Characteristics to Reduce Electrical Energy Consumption" which ultimately led the team to win 3rd place. *(Public Relations Team/PIP PNM)
