Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) Information Technology (IT) Study Program (Prodi) student, Kholifatull Rosida, succeeded in bringing home the champion title at the KBPP POLRI Jatim Cup 1 Taekwondo Championship. The sixth semester IT Study Program student succeeded in winning second place in the Senior Women's F-Poomsae competition category at the CLS Kertajaya Sports Center, Surabaya City on Sunday (07/05).
The KBPP POLRI Jatim Cup 1 Taekwondo Championship is a competition between clubs throughout East Java which will be held on 5-7 May 2023. Meanwhile, the winner announcement will be held on Sunday (07/05), which is also the last day of the competition.
As additional information, according to the page kominfo.jatimprov.go.id, the taekwondo championship was attended by 700 participants from 54 taekwondo clubs in 29 regencies/cities throughout East Java. The championship, which was organized by KBPP POLRI, apart from competing for the East Java Regional Police Chief's rotating trophy, also competed for the permanent trophy for Regional Military Commander V Brawijaya and coaching money for the champions.
This victory adds to Kholifatull Rosida's list of achievements. Previously, last December Kholifatull succeeded in winning 1st place in the East Java Taekwondo Provincial Championship (Kejurprov). This victory also adds to the list of non-academic achievements scored by outstanding students at the Madiun State Polytechnic. *(Public Relations Team/PIP PNM)
