PNM– The Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) Accounting Department team again made achievements at the National Vocational Accounting Symposium (SNAV)
The announcement of the winners of OAV VII was held at the same time as the closing of SNAV XII and OAV VII on Thursday (16/05/2024). This activity took place in the Soetrisno Widjaja Hall of the Jember State Polytechnic, East Java.
The six achievements achieved by the PNM Accounting Department team were 3rd Place in Accounting Quiz (CCA), 2nd Runner up in Accounting Quiz (CCA), 3rd Place in the Accounting Quiz Individual Category (CCA), 3rd Place in Best Paper in the Scientific Writing Competition, 3rd Place in Best Inspiring Video Content Competition, and 2nd Place in Best Spirit in the Poster Competition.
One of the supervisors for the OAV PNM team, Ulfa Rahmawati, M. Sc., said that during the CCA competition, the accompanying lecturers were worried because the two teams sent for the CCA competition were initially left behind by many points. "Yesterday, initially the PNM team was behind in the top 10 but in the final seconds they caught up in the top 3 and 5." Obviously.
Ulfa explained that for the preliminary and semifinal rounds of the CCA competition, each team member worked individually via computer. The results are then accumulated into a group score.
“It turns out the children were behind on many points because they still haven'tsubmitthe answer. "Alhamdulillah, 1 team qualified for the final round and 1 team entered the top 5 too." Ulfa said.
Furthermore, apart from the group CCA competition, the PNM Accounting Department team also won third place in the CCA individual category. The assessment itself becomes one with the group CCA competition assessment before being accumulated. "For the individual category, the assessment is from the group. For the individual category, the winner is taken from the best individual score." Ulfa explained.
Not only the CCA competition, the PNM Accounting Department team also received a good response from the jury in the Scientific Writing competition.Paperthe PNM team entitled "The Role of City Appeals in Increasing Regional Income as an Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation" also won third place.

As additional information, OAV is an annual agenda organized and participated in by polytechnics throughout Indonesia. Entitled "Application of Applied Accounting Research in accelerating Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation", OAV VII was attended by 25 state vocational universities throughout Indonesia.
The PNM OAV team itself is guided by a team of teaching lecturers to help prepare for OAV 2024. The lecturer team is Ulfa Rahmawati, M. Sc., Permatasari Cahyaningdyah, M. Sc., Amri Amrullah, M. Si., and Mukti Prasaja, M. Si.
