Regarding this, one of the PMM students, Gilbert William Zamasi, also felt the differences in accents and dialects between Java, especially Madiun and Sumatra. "In terms of language and accent and dialect, the voice is different from us in Sumatra. In Java we can hear whispers, but in Sumatra people have to speak loudly." Said this PMM student from Batam State Polytechnic.

Furthermore, Fajar also said that Madiun is famous for pecel. In Madiun, from morning until midnight, you won't have any difficulty finding a stall still selling pecel. Like PMM student Yogi Aidil Saputra from Bengkalis State Polytechnic, Riau Province, who said he eats pecel every day because the taste is addictive.

PNM and the Railway Industry in Madiun

Apart from culture and customs, Madiun also has the only railway industry in Indonesia and even in Southeast Asia, PT INKA. Therefore, this condition is also one of the reasons PNM has specific advantages in the railway sector.

"So maybe if you look for a PT that has a rotating train (ed: complete with rails surrounding the laboratory) like this, including a workshop, you can probably count them on your fingers. Maybe only three, perhaps. PNM, PPI but mayberollingstock"It's not like us, another thing is that STTD is also the same." Dawn explained.

Even so, PPI and STTD are not under the Ministry of Education and Culture, but rather under the Ministry of Transportation. "Well, the only one under the Ministry of Education and Culture is PNM which has a laboratory like that." Fajar explained.
