PNM Business Administration Study Program Wins Silver Medal in the 2023 International Business Administration Competition

PNM - Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) Business Administration Study Program (Prodi) succeeded in winning a Silver Medal or 2nd Place in the 2023 International Business Administration Competition (IBAC) which was held on 8-11 August 2023. Located at the Batam State Polytechnic, Yusliha Lisna Lisnanda as one of the PNM delegates was able to bring home the 2nd place title in the categoryFiling Competition.

The International Business Administration Competition (IBAC) is a transformation of the Business Administration Competition (BAC) with encouragement from the Student Affairs Coordinating Board (Bakorma) and the Applied Administration Heads Forum. The Business Administration Competition (BAC) itself is an annual activity as well as a competition and achievement event for students of the Business/Commerce Administration Department of Polytechnics and allied vocational schools throughout Indonesia.

Regarding the importance of internationalization in the current digital era, the transformation of BAC into IBAC occurred in 2022. Therefore, this year is the IInd IBAC and the IXth BAC that have been carried out.

The theme of IBAC II and BAC IX is "Collaboration in diversity to improve competence in the field of Business Administration in the Digital Era". There are nine types of competitions in the competition which has been running for nine years. Among them are:Web Design, Secretarial, Filing,Meeting Planning, Typing Speed, Master Ceremony,Business Presentation, Business Data ProcessingCompetitionAndBusiness Plan.

As additional information, representatives of the PNM Business Administration study team, Yusliha Lisna Lisnanda, participatedFiling Competitionwhich is a national standard competition. The competition was held in one round consisting of a written competency test, practical competency test and interview. The competition itself tests the abilities and skills of Business Administration students in handling archives so that the archives are recovered quickly and accurately.
