Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) Diploma Three (D-III) English Study Program has succeeded in maintaining B accreditation status from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). This accreditation is valid for five years, starting from February 28 2023 to February 28 2028. Determination based on BAN-PT Decree No. 469/SK/BAN-PT/Ak.Ppj/D3/II/2023 was signed by the Director of the Executive Board Prof. Ari Purbayanto, Ph.D. on February 14, 2023.
The English Language Study Program received its operational permit in 2013. In 2022, this Study Program graduated 85 students with the highest GPA of 3.93. And now the English Study Program has a total of 228 active students from three classes.
The English Study Program itself focuses on the fields of languages, journalism and tourism. Meanwhile, the profiles of graduates from the D-III English Study Program include Public Relations Officer, Customer Service Officer, Translator, Journalist, Tourism Event Organizer, Guide, Tour and Travel Agency, Front Officer, Tour Guide, Reporter, Editor and Mass Media Editor, International Hotel Staff, Multi National Company Staff, Company Staff Export-Import, Video Editor and Audio Editor, and Master of Ceremony. Apart from that, the English Language Study Program also has lecture support facilities such as the Language Laboratory and the Multimedia and Language Laboratory.
Obtaining B accreditation from BAN-PT is a sign that the English Language Study Program continues to provide guarantees for the quality of education provided.
