Congratulations, English and Business Administration Study Program Students Selected to Become PNM Campus Ambassadors in 2023

Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) students representing the English Language and Business Administration Study Program (Prodi) were elected as PNM Campus Ambassadors for 2023 on Saturday (27/05). The two are Anfical Lower Silalahi (English Language Study Program) and Mei Kharisma (Business Administration Study Program). The 2023 Campus Ambassador grand final which took place in PNM Campus Hall 1 was attended by 20 selected participants.

Anfical and Mei succeeded in winning the title after going through a long series of assessment processes. The series of activities for selecting PNM Campus Ambassadors began last February. At that time, 58 students from 9 study programs at PNM registered as participants. Next, all participants compete for the top 30 and then the top 20 to advance to the grand final.

There are six categories up for grabs in the 2023 PNM Campus Ambassador event. Among them are Campus Ambassador, Deputy I Campus Ambassador, Deputy II Campus Ambassador, Favorite Campus Ambassador, Talented Campus Ambassador, and Friendship Campus Ambassador 2023.

Of the 20 finalists in the grand final, 10 participants were selected to compete for the position of Campus Ambassador, Deputy I Campus Ambassador and Deputy II Campus Ambassador through questions from the jury. After that, the 20 finalists again competed for three other categories, namely Favorite Ambassadors who were chosen based on numberLikemost on Instagram @padutkampnm, Talented Campus Ambassadors through the talents of each finalist, and Friendship Ambassadors through the choice of fellow finalists who they think are the friendliest.

The jury for the 2023 PNM Campus Ambassador grand final came from various groups, both internal and external to the campus. Among them are Triana Prihatinta, S.Sos., M.M. (Lecturer in the Business Administration Study Program and Secretary of P3M PNM), Putri Very Agustriyana (OwnerP3 Entertainment, BBS TV Madiun Report, and Public Speaking Lecturer), Dhefara Hersaning Djati (2022 Indonesian Genre Ambassador), and Syahendra Bagus Wijaya (2022 Indonesian Tourism Ambassador). The assessment points include attitude and self-confidence, suitability of answers to questions, as well as originality and innovativeness of answers.

As additional information, Campus Ambassadors are representatives of PNM students who are expected to be role models and have the enthusiasm to develop for all students. PNM Campus Ambassadors themselves have the task of conveying information about the development and progress of PNM to internal and external circles on the campus.
