pnm.ac.id– Good collaboration between alumni and campus continues to exist. This time it came from the Automotive Engineering Technology Study Program (TERO) of Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM) who invited alumni as resource persons at a guest lecture with the theme "Challenges and Opportunities for Engineering Careers in the Manufacturing Industry for Automotive Graduates", Saturday (15/11) in the Joint Lecture Room, Building C Campus 2 PNM.
The resource person this time is Aris Tri Haridyanto, A.Md. Saat ini Aris bekerja di industri perkeretaapian sebagai Supervisor Daily Check pada Divisi LRT Jabodetabek atau PT KAI.
Aris is an alumnus of the D3 Automotive Engineering Study Program, graduated in 2017. For your information, the Automotive Engineering Study Program was the name of the Automotive Engineering Technology Study Program before it transformed from Diploma Three (D3) to Applied Bachelor (D4) level.
TERO Study Program Lecturer, Dhovan Ilhamdan Prima, S.Pd., M.T. explained, through collaboration with alumni who have professional experience in industry, they can provide real and relevant perspectives for students based on direct work experience.
This guest lecture activity is also an effort to build synergy between alumni, students and study programs.
"Through this activity, alumni can provide students with understanding regarding the development of the automotive and manufacturing industry, convey real experiences of alumni in the world of work, and increase students' motivation and readiness to face the industrial world." Dhovan explained.
Dhovan also hopes that through this activity students can broaden their horizons, increase their work readiness, and have a clearer career picture in the manufacturing industry. *(Public Relations/PIP PNM)
